VNA DM TR34 Floor Upgrade

PCE introduces the DM floor upgrade service to customers. The upgraded floor achieves the flatness level required for DM according to TR34, 4th edition.

PCE conducts a preliminary survey and provides recommendations:

• General inspection of the concrete floor area.
• The floor area requires upgrading.
• Aisle and rack layout.
• Essential information for planning the floor upgrade.

Proposing a Method for DM (VNA) Floor Inspection. Measuring DM Floors with Profileograph DT Elite and Reporting Results:

• The DT Elite Floor Profileograph can collect data every 50mm as per the requirements of Section 3.4.2 in TR34, 4th Edition.
• Export graphs and floor results after the measurement process.

Floor Marking for Grinding:

• Grinding locations are marked based on the floor measurement report

Grinding Process, Supervision & Quality Control:

• Grinding is performed strictly at pre-marked locations

• Continuous checking using the Profileograph DT Elite during grinding is mandatory

• Over-grinding must be avoided, as it may negatively affect:

  • Floor flatness

  • Floor levelness

  • DM classification compliance

Final Inspection Process:

• Measurement and testing must be carried out along:

  • All narrow aisles

  • The full length of racking systems

• Verification ensures that the upgraded floor fully complies with the required DM floor class
