Floor joints are the areas that suffer the most impact and damage in warehouses. Over time, continuous loading from forklift wheels causes joint edges to crack and chip, resulting in reduced wheel lifespan, lower efficiency, and increased safety risks.

PCE does not perform temporary “patching.” Our service focuses on restoring the structural integrity of the joints to ensure long-term durability:

• Remove Damaged Joint Area: Cutting and entirely removing all problem areas.
• Install Armoured Joint replacement and surrounding steel reinforcement.
• Mix and apply specialized repair mortar in full compliance with technical requirements.
• Grinding and Polishing: Proceed with grinding and polishing the repaired area until it is perfectly flat and seamless with the adjacent slab, creating a smooth transition for the wheels.
