Concrete mix design as well as related data that will be submitted to PCE. Additionally, clients need to provide the information listed in our “RFI” (Request for Information), which includes essential details to ensure the most accurate assessment of the concrete mix design.
PCE will evaluate the concrete mix design and materials used for floor construction, providing a written report with assessments, suggestions, and recommendations to ensure project specifications are met. This report can also be utilized to enhance quality in future projects. The inspection and reporting process relies on the client providing all relevant information (as outlined in the “RFI”) accurately and promptly.
The complete report will include an initial report and a subsequent revision to address any client feedback.
